I am regularly appointed as judicial expert by Belgian courts, within the context of cases involving the usage of Information Technology.

Possessing a high degree of knowledge and experience, I am tasked with giving the judge an opinion on very specific questions relating to technical IT matters, while demonstrating a strict sense of impartiality and independence in the way I conduct my mission and draw my conclusions.  Judicial expertise is strictly regulated by the Belgian Judicial Code.

 

I am also member of the Belgian Chamber of Experts in charge of Judicial Missions and Arbitrations (CEJA-KGSO) and am registered in the National Register of Experts (according to the law of April 10, 2014 – and its introduction of a “temporary register” as of 1st of December 2016).
